GENERAL OVERVIEW
David received a bachelors degree from The
Ohio State University and his juris doctorate from Capital University. His
is currently admitted to practice law in all state courts of Ohio and
Florida. In addition, he is admitted to practice in the Federal District and
Bankruptcy Courts of the Southern District of Ohio. He is a member of the
Federal, Florida and Ohio State Bar Associations.
His legal practice primarily involves construction litigation, real estate
litigation, and general litigation matters.
His previous construction career included ownership of multiple construction
companies which performed a broad array of construction services. Such
services included residential construction, residential remodeling, and
commercial remodeling. He has owned companies which have provided services
as a subcontractor and also a general contractor.
He is married and currently resides in Sarasota, Florida.
