GENERAL OVERVIEW
Professional Experience and Highlights:
David is the owner of a contracting firm based in Columbus, Ohio since 1996. His
company has provided commercial and residential construction services on over
1000 homes and many noteworthy commercial projects such as the Polaris Fashion
Place, The Ohio State University Medical Library renovation, Muirfield G&CC
renovation, and the Adgudas Achim Synagogue renovation. His company has provided
such commercial services as design, supply, and installation of casework,
millwork, cabinets, staircases, countertops, and many other areas of finish
construction.
His residential projects have ranged from low-income housing, new additions, basement finishing, condo conversions, production home construction, upto million dollar new home construction. His projects have primarily been completed in Ohio, but he has also completed multiple renovation projects in Gatlinburg, Tennessee and Sarasota, Florida. His company has provided a vast array of services in the residential field including design, supply, and installation of framing, drywall, insulation, finish work, landscaping, deck construction, wine cellars, staircases, cabinets, doors, windows, and millwork. In addition he has designed and installed multiple keying systems for production home builders.
During the last ten years, David has bred and cultivated a new, patent pending variety of sterile, variegated, single white flowering, Hibiscus syriacus.
