Mr. Danzi was in
private law practice upon first graduating law school and worked in the Land Use
and Real Estate section of a prominent Princeton law firm – Hill & Wallack.
After successfully starting and running his own contracting company, as
described below, he began an ADR practice focusing on construction and real
property cases. He is a member of the NJ Association of Professional Mediators
and a Court-appointed Mediator for the State of New Jersey. He is also mediator
for the State’s Foreclousure Mediation program. He has recently been approved
for listing on the AAA panel for Construction.
Mr. Danzi’s General Contracting and Real Estate Development experience – he has been involved in all aspects of construction and development. Mr. Danzi began as a field superintendent, then project manager on a number of projects including: 20 unit single family home project; 12 unit single family home project; 20 unit condo project; 40 unit senior citizen project; retail/office projects. He was the coordinator of subdivision/site plan approval processes for several of these projects before both planning/zoning boards. Subsequently Mr. Danzi formed an independent contracting/development company. As owner thereof, he has been responsible for various projects ranging from municipal/county/federal public contracts to residential construction to commercial development/construction. Projects in recent years include: 21 Unit townhome project w/restoration work; Federal projects for US Navy; Naval War College, US Coast Guard, US Fish and Wildlife; County/Municipal projects for Monmouth County, Howell Township, Rumson Borough, Fair Haven Township, Shrewsbury Borough; Renovation of 20,000 Commercial building in Hanover Township; Single Family Custom homes valued up to $5,000,000.
