GENERAL OVERVIEW

Judith Meyer has served exclusively as a neutral – Judge Pro Tem, Arbitrator, Mediator, Discovery Master, Referee, Independent Fact-Finder – since 1995. She has a broad background in commercial and construction litigation. As an arbitrator, she has tried and rendered decisions in many arbitrations concerning residential construction defects and breach-of-warranty allegations involving such conditions as mold, cracked foundation walls, water infiltration, roof leaks, ground subsidence, improper soil compaction, buckling floors, use of improper or substandard materials, HVAC failures, roof failure due to snow load, basement flooding and many others. Ms. Meyer taught mediation and arbitration at Cornell University Law School for fourteen years. She has been a Super Lawyer in ADR in every year beginning in 2004.
