GENERAL OVERVIEW

Roger has 44 years of hands on experience in the construction industry including 15 years as a DSA State Building Inspector. He combines this with his expertise in ADA requirements and his dispute resolution skills to better serve the needs of contractors, school boards, business professionals and homeowners.

Founder of Ludlow Inspection Service in 1992, Ludlow Builders in 1980 Roger has been specializing in schools and hospitals with over 250 individual inspection projects to date. The combined cost of these projects is over $275,000,000.00. He has a complete understanding of Contractor's State Licensing law the new ICC/IBCO T-24 codes of regulation, the California Education Code of California as it pertains to School construction.

Roger also was founder of Codetape Marketing Company in 1994 and Ludlow Inventions in 2004. He is the author and copyright holder of the ADA Code Tape measure, which is a guide to federal government ADA requirements. He holds three patents on construction related items. For 2 years Roger taught apprentice carpenters for the Carpenters Union – JATC Training Center. As a Clockmaker and a self taught CNC machinist he understands and appreciates the ability to work with ones hands.

Completed 32 hours of arbitration training in with the American Arbitrators Association
(AAA). Arbitrated cases for California State License Board as a single arbitrator between 1994 and1996
I have been successful in using my ADR training on the job to handle disputes between the trades, general contractors, owners, Architects and the State.
