GENERAL OVERVIEW

Russell H. Daniels joined the firm Bush Rudnicki Shelton, P.C. in 2005 and has been a shareholder since 2010. After graduating from the University of Tulsa School of Law, Russell Daniels was licensed to practice law in 1994. His academic career was stellar. He was an academic scholarship recipient; he served as an Editor of the Tulsa Law Journal and was awarded several American Jurisprudence Awards. This success continued after his graduation.

Mr. Daniels is licensed to practice law in Texas and Oklahoma and handles residential and commercial related litigation, contract drafting and disputes issues and employment law matters. He serves as an instructor of the Construction Contracts & Law Course for both the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas and the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association. Plus, he teaches seminars on these subjects throughout the state. Mr. Daniels is the author of "Sex Discrimination in Employment Promotion Practices" (West 1998) a comprehensive analysis of the subject and he has been listed in Who’s Who in American Law (1996-2001).
