In conflict resolution, Mr. Bartels has over 8 years experience as an active mediator, with 85 hours of mediation training from two separate mediation programs.

Bill Blackburn has a mixture of business and human service experience spanning over 40 years, making him a highly effective and creative mediator. His experience includes licensed residential and commercial general contractor, land developer, hotel operations manager, resort and restaurant owner.

Russ Louman brings a variety of skills and experience to your mediation table.  He has spent the last 30 years within the construction industry which include being a municipality commercial, residential and industrial building inspector, ADA  inspector and plan reviewer.  He has obtained a paralegal degree and been an active mediator for six years.

I gained knowledge in matters pertaining to construction management through employment with the City. A retiree from TWA & the US Government.
