Mr. Durrell has over 35 years of experience in construction financing.  He holds an Oregon Real Estate Brokers license.  He has had an Oregon real estate license for over 35 years. He has several years experience as a hearings officer in administrative appeals and has successfully mediated over 200 cases involving construction, real estate and  business disputes.

President of Britannia Ltd.,and has been a franchisee of a National Home Inspection Franchise since 1994. A Registered Contractor, U.S. Department of Energy Home Energy Score (HES) Assessor, and Certified Home Inspector.I Performed over 9000 residential property inspections for buyers, sellers, divorce attorneys, remodelers, and builders. Properties range from those built 1879 to present, from a pioneer school house to Street of Dreams homes to country estates and everything in between.

Over 40 years experience in building, infrastructure, land development, remodeling, real estate brokerage, and appraisal provides the basis for his ADR expertise. He has served as court appointed commissioner, taught property valuation, and served as resident adviser on housing reform to the new republic of Kazakhstan. He is also a respected business and science writer.

David served the State of Oregon as an Administrative Law Judge, Arbitrator and Mediator for over 28 years before retiring in 2012. His focus was construction claims; he resolved over 1000 cases as mediator/arbitrator. He now has a limited practice as an arbitrator and mediator, emphasizing construction and real estate claims.
