Mr. Brownell has served the electrical and the construction industry for over forty-nine years. Mr. Durrell has over 35 years of experience in construction financing.  He holds an Oregon Real Estate Brokers license.  He has had an Oregon real estate license for over 35 years. He has several years experience as a hearings officer in administrative appeals and has successfully mediated over 200 cases involving construction, real estate and  business disputes.

Over 40 years experience in building, infrastructure, land development,  remodeling, real estate brokerage, and appraisal provides the basis for his ADR expertise. He has served as court appointed commissioner, taught property valuation, and served as resident adviser on housing reform to the new republic of Kazakhstan.
