Judy Meyer has taught mediation at Cornell Law School. A member of the Idaho, Pennsylvania and California bars, a former litigator, she works as a full-time neutral, mediating high-stakes, high-dollar, multi-party construction disputes. She is a Fellow in the International Academy of Mediators and the American College of Civil Trial Mediators.

Peter A. Scarpato a mediator and attorney with a quarter century of ADR experience. Tom Williams has practiced law since 1993 with a concentration in construction law and contract disputes. He represents contractors, subcontractors, owners, suppliers and surety companies involving a wide array of construction related disputes. Tom has successfully represented hundreds of clients in litigation, arbitration and mediation, and has completed numerous training courses in alternative dispute resolution.

Stephen Yusem co-chairs the American Bar Association Arbitration Committee and teaches dispute resolution as an Adjunct Professor at Cornell Law School.
