Andy has over 47 years experience in residential and commercial construction, both new construction and remodeling. For about 20 years Andy has specialized in damage repairs, doing insurance reconstruction from fire, wind and water. Andy has also worked as a Damage Appraiser in over 250 cases and as an expert witness in court numerous times.

Tom Frisby specializes in the resolution of complex construction disputes, primarily involving large industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects.  Tom is a recognized authority in delay damage and “impact”  claims arising out of accelerations, delays and disruptions.  He has considerable experience in differing site condition claims as well as class action law suits.

Clyde has extensive experience in residential construction to include single family, multi family, modular, log house, post and timber frame construction, panelized construction, energy efficient, green house construction and insurance restoration work. He also has a comprehensive background in light commercial building and remodeling, to include churches, restaurants, offices and apartment buildings.
