Trey Bergman has practiced complex commercial
litigation since 1980. He has mediated/arbitrated over 1000 cases since 1990. He
has served as chair on numerous national and local organizations; AAM, HBA ADR
and Litigation Sections. His practice is exclusive to mediation/arbitration. He
is an adjunct professor at South Texas College of Law teaching mediation and
negotiation. |

Don Dean, a former district judge, has almost 50
years of experience in complex litigation and construction litigation. His
experience in construction litigation has involved, among other subjects, roof
collapse as a result of superimposed live load, structural failure of
prefabricated steel buildings, fire loss arising from HVAC installation and the
renovation of health care facilities. |

litigator, mediator and arbitrator, Randy Grasso has effectively resolved a
variety of claims. As a Credentialed Advanced Mediator he has mediated more than
200 disputes. He has represented or served as a neutral for contractors and
owners in numerous residential construction conflicts. |

Jim Higginbotham has been in the Home Building Business for over
40 years. He has a Degree in Homebuilding, has a Texas Real Estate License and
is a Graduate Master Builder. He has been involved in building from his youth.
He has been married 48 years, has three daughters, which have enhanced his
mediation /arbitration skills. |

During his first 25 years of law practice, Raymond
Kerr represented virtually every type of participant in the construction
process. During the last 15 years, he has been deeply involved in the resolution
of construction disputes having conducted more than 800 mediations and more than
100 arbitrations, and also training mediators and arbitrators. |

J. Lynn McDonald has over thirty years of successful
experience managing multi-million dollar commercial construction projects.
He has a Master of Science Degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M
University and has taught Construction Law and Construction Science at
Texas A&M. He has been a construction mediator and arbitrator for many
years. |

Cynthia holds a professional degree in architecture. Prior to
entering the legal profession, Cynthia worked in the architecture field with
internationally recognized architects. In addition to her expertise in
construction law, her designs and photographs have won national awards. |

Sherry Wetsch, Esquire, has served as a third party neutral on
hundreds of cases. She is licensed to practice law in Texas, Missouri and North
Dakota. Ms. Wetsch has experience as an arbitrator, mediator, Special Master,
Administrative Law Judge and Hearing Examiner. Her practice centers on providing
