As a building science professional, Dick has many years of experience in the construction industry resolving contractual and practical construction issues. In addition to his field experience he is also a Certified Building Official and Master Code Professional, therefore acutely aware of workmanship standards, building code requirements and fairness in the construction process.

Jerrilynne Purdy has been negotiating contracts, settling contract disputes and mediating contractual issues for over 27 years. She has been a federal mediator for 5 years, resolving complex cases. She has knowledge of building generation plants, including alternative energy, electric transmission lines, and gas pipelines and is familiar with energy conversation and renewable energy programs.

David D. Schein is an attorney, mediator and arbitrator who has a strong background in dispute resolution and construction matters. From his teen years working on renovation projects to representing a wide variety of construction contractors and subcontractors to managing his own renovation projects, he has a deep understanding of the needs of the construction industry.
