GENERAL OVERVIEW
For over 40 years Mr. Vivian has worked in the construction industry. Starting out in 1969 as an apprentice in Carpenter's Union 2512 in Redondo Beach, California to being recognized as Inc500's 169th fastest growing company in 1995 and 150th in 1996 and recognized in Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Program in 1996 and Recognized in Risk & Insurance Magazine in 2008 as Risk Innovator, Mr. Vivian brings to the mediation Valuable experience in business, contracting, insurance and litigation.
Mr. Vivian is currently licensed as a General Contractor in California, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico. Holds certifications under the International Code Council (ICC) as a Certified Building Inspector with Residential Certification and with the American Architectural Manufacturing Association (AAMA) as a Certified Fenestration Professional.
