Mr. Hill is a housing professional with over thirty years of experience in construction and twenty years in housing program compliance. Mr. Hill has extensive experience in residential project and program management. He is a former Planner with the NM State Housing Division and Compliance Manager for the NM Mortgage Finance Authority. He has over fifteen years of experience as a quality assurance consultant. His duties include oversight of all administrative aspects of project management and program standards management. He has been Licensed in New Mexico as a General Contractor and certified by the International Conference of Building Officials as a Construction Inspector.
With extensive experience in public policy development and as an elected official, Brad has long been an advocate for integrity and professionalism in the homebuilding industry. Mr. Hill has worked with federal, State and local government officials and policy makers to encourage the acceptance and adoption of the highest and best building practices into residential construction. As a housing professional Brad has been passionate about applying effective high performance building concepts into residential construction. With leadership positions with the Homebuilders Association at the national, state and local level Mr. Hill has worked to promote best practices in the residential construction industry. With leadership positions with the US Green Building Council at the national and state level, Mr. Hill has worked to bring quality assurance standards in energy efficiency, durability and sustainability into residential construction.
