GENERAL OVERVIEW

With more than thirteen years in ADR, Daniel J. Bender has experience heading an international ADR case management center, as an arbitrator and as an advocate in arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Bender provides consulting services including managing and building ADR case administration centers, training arbitrators and case management staff, educating judges, attorneys and the public at large on ADR practice and procedure, and analyzing ADR center caseloads.
