Nina serves over twelve years as a Certified Construction Arbitrator in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Utah.  Presided over countless construction hearings. Highly developed listening skills and ability to discern and assess the exactness of a matter. 

Demonstrated ability to manage the hearing process with thorough and impartial evaluation of all testimony and other evidence and doing so with freedom from partiality and prejudice. Ability to evaluate and apply lawful, industry and trade principles. Thirty-five years of construction experience in all fields, coupled with professional accomplishments and licenses such as, UCC Code Enforcement License, Building Sub-code Official License, Building RCS Inspector License, ICC Certification for Building Inspector, BOCA & CABO Certified Building Inspector, Consumer Arbitration Program for Home Warranty Disputes Accredited Arbitrator, Licensed NC General Contractor, New Jersey Real Estate License. Exceptional construction knowledge and background necessary to render fair decisions based on code compliance, acceptable industry practice and all other relevant and applicable information
