NORMAN T. DANIELS

GENERAL OVERVIEW

Mr. Daniels is both an Attorney at Law and a Certified Public Accountant who has practiced law for over twenty-seven years. In 1994, he founded Daniels Law Firm, PLLC, a multi-state practice serving primarily the construction industry. Daniels Law Firm, PLLC which consists of five attorneys and a support staff maintains close ties to the construction industry in West Virginia and the surrounding states, representing primarily heavy highway, building and utility contractors and their suppliers.

Mr. Daniels is an arbitrator and mediator. He serves on the CDRS national panel of arbitrators and mediators, American Arbitration Association panel of arbitrators and Mediator for West Virginia State Bar.
