Gary is a graduate civil engineer and a licensed Professional Engineer. He has been involved in construction for over 40 years providing residential inspections, building consultation/assessments, reserve fund studies and general contracting. His contracting experience includes estimating, field/office engineering, construction supervision, project management and the direction of construction for a major hotel builder/developer.

Tom Frisby specializes in the resolution of complex construction disputes, primarily involving large industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects.  Tom is a recognized authority in delay damage and “impact”  claims arising out of accelerations, delays and disruptions.  He has considerable experience in differing site condition claims as well as class action law suits.

Paul King began his career in construction in high school working several different construction-related trades. Paul has been a North Carolina Residential and Commercial General Contractor for over 20 years, NC & SC licensed home inspector for over 20 years performing over 11,000 private inspections, NC Code Enforcement Inspector performing over 10,000 Code Enforcement Inspections.

Tom has vast experience in residential construction, single family and multifamily, new construction and remodeling. He is also experienced in commercial, industrial and institutional construction. He started his company 29 years ago, in all he has 44 years industry experience. Tom is adept at contracts, specifications, estimating, cost analysis and workmanship.
