Richard  has been involved with various construction disciplines for more than 40 years. His expertise includes masonry restoration and waterproofing on high-rise buildings, designing solar installations, HVAC, plumbing and process piping projects nationwide. This includes multi unit, high-end residential housing and commercial buildings. Richard has been involved in arbitration and mediation as well as serving as an expert witness since 1987.

Doug Holen has over 30 years of experience in project management and contract administration. He was Director of Capital Projects at the University of Washington completing over $1.0 B in work. Mr. Holen established a DRB on his first capital project at the University and is a staunch supporter of Alternate Disputes Resolution in construction.

Jerry Huckaby has forty-five plus years of varied construction experience.
Fourteen of those years were as a certified Building Inspector. This gives him a unique perspective in the arbitration and mediation field. As an inspector he had to practice remaining neutral between all parties on a construction project.

Scott Hughes is Director of ADR Programs & Dickason Professor of Law at University of New Mexico School of Law.  Scott teaches ADR full time and trains mediators in the U.S. and Europe.  Scott trains for CDRS in the Advanced ADR and Dispute Review Board Training Courses.  Scott is a professional mediator, facilitator, and arbitrator.

Steve King began his career in construction-related businesses in 1975 in Phoenix, AZ. He holds New Mexico contractor’s licenses and numerous positions with construction-related associations. He continues to serve on the boards of the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico and the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association.

.Jay Mills has been in the construction industry all of his life. He has served New Mexico State Home Builders Association as President, Vice President & Secretary Treasure. He has also served San Juan County Home Builders Association as  President & is currently on the Technical Advisory Committee. He is President of four successful corporations, two of which specialize in custom home construction.

Michael Ossorgin has been involved with the construction industry for over thirty-five years. Michael has been involved with dispute resolution since 1986 and has served as an American Arbitration Association arbitrator since 1989.
