various construction disciplines for more than 40 years. His expertise
includes masonry restoration and waterproofing on high-rise buildings,
designing solar installations, HVAC, plumbing and process piping projects
nationwide. This includes multi unit, high-end residential housing and
commercial buildings. Richard has been involved in arbitration and mediation
as well as serving as an expert witness since 1987. |

Doug Holen has over 30 years of experience in
project management and contract administration. He was Director of Capital
Projects at the University of Washington completing over $1.0 B in work. Mr.
Holen established a DRB on his first capital project at the University and is a
staunch supporter of Alternate Disputes Resolution in construction. |

Jerry Huckaby has forty-five plus years of varied
construction experience.
Fourteen of those years were as a certified Building Inspector. This gives him a
unique perspective in the arbitration and mediation field. As an inspector he
had to practice remaining neutral between all parties on a construction project.

businesses in 1975 in Phoenix, AZ. He holds New Mexico contractor’s licenses and
