Lori Ryan has been employed in the construction industry for over 16 years. She has experience in both the residential/commercial building area and air pollution control. Her expertise has been in estimating, contract administration and project management.

As a registered architect, Tim provides capital improvement services to clients including project representation, program management, scheduling, estimating, claims analysis, dispute resolution support, operational audits, standard of care analysis and review of program and design issues. His experience includes a wide range of projects, from stadiums, to schools, to hospitals, to waste water treatment plants.

J. NORMAN STARK, has served as Arbitrator, Mediator, Expert Witness, and Legal Counsel for more than 35 years. He is the author of LEGAL ACTION©, CONSTRUCTION LAW BRIEF©, and CONSTRUCTION CLAIMS INVESTIGATION WORKLIST©. He served as a Member of the Ohio Board of Building Standards from 1997 to 2001.

Mike Warmington began his own general contracting company in 1977 concentrating in additions and new home construction.
